TIAO continues to be a strong and united voice for Ontario’s tourism sector - regularly engaging with provincial and federal government partners, highlighting industry challenges, and advocating for solutions that support tourism operators across the province.
Your feedback and insights have played a vital role in strengthening this work.
We have not required the industry’s tourism operators to pay membership fees to TIAO since 2020, and for the last 2 years extended complimentary further if they were a member of their local DMO and/or Sector. As communicated to tourism operators throughout 2025, TIAO has begun charging membership fees.
