DESCRIPTION: Taking place on March 12th at 12:00 pm ET\, this one-hour
virtual session has been designed to assist leaders in addressing the
confidence gap by: Challenging limiting beliefs and overcoming imposter
syndrome Identifying and leveraging your unique strengths Developing
assertive communication skills to express yourself with authenticity\; and
Establishing a robust network of mentors and allies For over three
decades\, OTEC has been committed to advancing training and skills
development in the tourism and service sectors. As a women-led
organization - and in celebration of International Women's Day this March
 - we are particularly proud to present this to our network and valued
partners as a complementary training opportunity. We are honoured to have
one of Canada&rsquo\;s leading voices on this topic facilitate our new
series: Amrita Bhalla. With over 20 years of experience as a global HR
executive\, Amrita has held senior leadership positions with distinguished
hospitality brands such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts\, Oberoi
Hotels and Resorts\, and Belmond Hotels. Since 2015\, she has also served
as a faculty member at the Ted Rogers School of Hospitality and Tourism\,
Toronto Metropolitan University\, where she teaches Human Resources
Management\, Strategic Management\, and Organizational Behaviour. We also
wish to express our gratitude to our partners at the Social Research and
Demonstration Corporation (SRDC) for their invaluable collaboration in the
development of this new series. Mark your calendars! We invite you to
join us on March 12th at 12:00 pm ET for what is sure to be an impactful
session. We look forward to seeing you there.
