Here are some free activities to look forward to at the event:
💀 Caminata De Muertos - “Walk of the Dead”, featuring butterfly ladies, Alebrijes, Cabezones and more - each element bringing the spirit of Día de los Muertos to life through movement, color, and culture. Feel free to dress up or paint your face!
🕯️Ofrendas - Enjoy the beauty of two ofrendas in Carl Zehr Square which will commemorate loved ones lost. Community members are welcome to add to the altars with personal items, photos, or simply by writing the name of their loved ones.
✂️ Arts and Crafts - There will be a free craft station inside of City Hall - make something beautiful to remember the day by.
🎨 Face painting - get a Día De Los Muertos themed design (calavera makeup), or something classic by one of our amazing artists!
🛍️ Vendor market - shop food, crafts and other handmade items from local artisans. Vendor lineup will be launched on this page next week, so you can get excited for all the delicious and wonderful treasures waiting for you.
