Jeff is known for creating great places to work with over 15 years’ experience in HR, training, and organizational development. He spends many of his waking hours helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) become more effective through their people systems, practices and management.
Jeff has worked and led teams on the frontlines in hotels, as well as at global headquarters, spent time at a downtown creative agency and even at one of the Big Four. He’s consulted in different verticals, including financial services, banks, utilities, manufacturing, hospitality, tech, and not-for-profit, among others.
Holding an MBA from Royal Roads University’s School of Business, Jeff brings financial and business acumen to his HR and Organizational Development work and can add value with business development, organizational management, and operational excellence initiatives.
