Day 1: 
 
Communication Skills for Leadership 
 
Through interactive exercises, participants will experience how the different styles influence our responses and reactions in day-to-day business situations while understanding the four key communication styles.
Advances leadership skills by enhancing participants’ ability to understand, manage and leverage emotional intelligence to improve their ability to deal with conflict, and relate to others more effectively.
 
Excellence in Leading 
 
Supervisors and Managers will learn best practices and techniques to positively influence employee attitudes and behaviours to achieve desired outcomes. Discover how to avoid crucial mistakes that damage authority and reputation. Acquire techniques to successfully engage and motivate team members, build strong positive working relationships and credibility, and effectively communicate to achieve outstanding results.
 
 
Day 2: 
 
Team Building and Training Excellence 
This workshop coaches’ participants on how to effectively communicate, build strong sustainable relationships, resolve conflict and contribute in a team environment. Leaders will learn the professional skills to successfully build adapt and execute comprehensive workplace training.
 
Coaching for Excellence 
This workshop will provide leaders with the coaching skills and best practice tools to develop team members through effective job coaching. Participants will gain a solid understanding of coaching techniques that will enable them to develop and grow their teams by identifying the benefits of using just in time coaching and knowing how to overcome obstacles that cause coaching avoidance.


Should it be necessary for you to cancel, a full refund(s) minus a $50.00 administrative fee will be issued 45 days prior to the training date. If a cancellation occurs after the 45 days, and prior to30 days before training date, the registrant will receive a credit towards a future program, plus an administrative fee of $50.00 will be charged. Full fees will be forfeited if cancellation occurs less than 29 days prior to training date.
