Hospitality Workers Training Centre (HWTC)
Kelly started her career in the non-profit sector, developing and coordinating programs for seniors. After seven years of growing community-based initiatives, she shifted into the private sector, taking on a marketing leadership role that helped drive strong sales growth.
She eventually found her way back to the non-profit world and joined the Hospitality Workers Training Centre over three years ago as Director of Outreach and Service Delivery. During that time, she helped increase program enrollment by 263% and recently stepped into the role of Co-Executive Director.
Kelly has an education in healthcare management and communications, and she also teaches a marketing course part-time at Centennial College. She’s passionate about helping others and seeing them succeed.
