Despina Morfidis | Master Trainer | OTEC

Despina is an enthusiastic and passionate Master Trainer with many years of varied experience. She has worked as a frontline trainer and facilitator, an instructor in a postsecondary education institute, and as the Manager of Training and Development of a large municipal government division. 

Despina’s excellent communication and presentation skills, together with her interpersonal skills, help her connect with learners, understand their needs and achieve positive outcomes. She has considerable knowledge of adult learning principles, training, needs analysis, instructional design, methods of evaluation, and performance consulting. 

Despina graduated from the University of Guelph with a B.A.Sc. degree in Family Studies and her continuous learning path includes studies at the University of Toronto’s OISE and York University’s Schulich School of Business. She also possesses numerous certifications from Langevin Learning Services.
