The Brewer's Dinner is an 'intimate event where Brewers profile their beers in an environment of food pairing and sharing and is the opening night of the Winter Beer Festival Burlington Weekend. Enjoy a 5-course meal that is created and served by the team at Alloro in collaboration with each of the selected breweries. Each brewer will tell the story of their beer and the brewer.
