(External) CONNECT WITH AN UNTAPPED TALENT POOL: THE DISABILITY COMMUNITY

We continue to tackle the workforce crisis and industry outcry regarding labour shortage and we want to ensure that every opportunity to find staff is not left unturned. We invite you to this complimentary session where we are partnering with ODEN, the Ontario Disability Employment Network. This session will enable you to connect with an untapped pool of talent - job seekers who have a disability.

ODEN will discuss:

• the services available for talent acquisition and retention
• where to find resources and information for your hiring/people managers
• discuss educational services available to businesses regardless of where they find themselves on their journey into disability inclusion.

They will also speak about the network of Employment Service Providers connected to ODEN, who work with job seekers and businesses, and how ODEN can and will facilitate relationships with these workforce development specialists.
