With over 15 years of learning and development leadership, Susan brings extensive experience designing and implementing solutions for organizations.
Her expertise in managing diverse stakeholder relationships—from clients and partners to trainers and project teams—has honed her skills in navigating complex interpersonal dynamics and transforming challenges into collaborative solutions. Which provides her with both analytical and creative approaches to conflict resolution and team collaboration in the tourism and hospitality sector.
Recently awarded the External Training Impact Award at the 2024 Absorb Software global summit, Susan combines her certified Project Management Professional credentials with degrees in Mathematics, Philosophy, and Music.
