Event Details
Hiring events are a powerful tool – but only when they’re designed for real results. In this practical 60-minute webinar, HWTC shares real world knowledge about what it takes to plan, execute and get the most out of high-impact hiring events that go beyond resume collection and lead to real hires.
Drawing from our workforce development experience hosting employer-driven hiring strategies in the hospitality and foodservice sector, we’ll offer a behind-the-scenes look at how to co-design and facilitate hiring experiences that are efficient, inclusive, and focused on job match success.
Whether you’re an employer seeking to streamline your recruitment efforts or looking to get the most out of a hiring event to support your career trajectory, this session will help you rethink hiring events as a strategic workforce development tool.
