ENHANCE YOUR BUSINESS RESULTS THROUGH LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Take advantage of this free opportunity for employees in tourism and hospitality to participate in the LX Bootcamp workshop to advance their leadership skills. This 2-day workshop is designed to provide new, emerging and existing leaders with the latest theories, practise and tools to develop their leadership skills. The training includes topics such as Communication and Emotional Intelligence, Team Building and Workforce Training, and Coaching for Excellence.
This training is valued at $995. It is only available to employees who have been identified for advancement (e.g. part-time to full-time, additional hours, promotion, wage raise) within the next 3-12 months. The LX Bootcamp takes place:
