As one of our valued partners, the WSIB is inviting you and your networks to join us on January 26, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. EST for our Small Business Health and Safety Forum.

This free virtual event will include a keynote talk from entrepreneur Jim Estill, President and CEO of Danby Appliances, on how to overcome common challenges facing smaller businesses. Estill’s talk will draw on his extensive experience investing in and supporting start-ups, highlighting the importance of health and safety and how to create a strong work culture.

The event will also provide insights on:

• The benefits of our Health and Safety Excellence program, including how to earn double the health and safety rebates if you’re a smaller businesses (1-99 full-time employees), and $1,000 towards your health and safety plan in 2023
• How our online services can help you manage your WSIB account more efficiently

We will also announce our 2022 Elizabeth Witmer Small Business Health and Safety Leadership Award winners and share information about how they made their businesses safer and how you can do the same.
