Since 2004, the Hospitality Workers Training Centre (HWTC) has worked with workers, employers, and researchers to develop and launch high-quality, responsive, career-focused initiatives that build resilience and excellence in the hospitality workforce.
HWTC has been working with hospitality employers to understand the skills needed to address gaps in their workforce. Based on their feedback, HWTC has developed a series of short and stackable training called Micro-credentials with focus on hospitality specific knowledge and skills.
