  • Position Purpose 

    The Manager of Marketing, Digital Services & Communications plays a pivotal role in strengthening TIAO’s brand, amplifying its advocacy and industry leadership, and ensuring Ontario’s tourism sector is informed, engaged, and inspired.  Through integrated digital strategy, compelling storytelling, accessible communications, and consistent visual identity, this role connects TIAO’s policy work, membership services, partnerships, and events into a cohesive, high-impact narrative. 

    Beyond elevating visibility and engagement, the Manager directly supports TIAO’s revenue growth by executing marketing strategies that increase membership acquisition and retention, drive event registrations, enhance sponsorship visibility, and promote new programs and services. By aligning digital insights, targeted outreach, and data-driven campaigns with organizational goals, the Manager converts audience engagement into measurable business outcomes. 

    This role is essential to positioning TIAO as a trusted provincial voice and a catalyst for collaboration, industry growth, and strategic alignment across Ontario’s tourism ecosystem.
