    Responsibilities:

    You will lead:

    • Day-to-day operations, ensuring effective management of resources and programs
    • Grant management, including research, applications, and reporting
    • Professional Development training sessions, workshops, and seminars
    • Maintenance of association technology, including website, shared drives and membership management software
    • Operational policies and procedures for the OMA
    • Evaluating operations and making recommendations for improvement
    • Other projects as assigned

    You will support:

    • Risk management and governance compliance efforts
    • Committees of the Board as assigned
    • Collaboration with members, partners, and stakeholders to advance OMA goals
    • Government relations and advocacy
    • Communication strategies and member engagement initiatives

    • Fundraising and membership recognition initiatives
