The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is currently conducting a survey to better understand the challenges and opportunities within its Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills Stream. This survey was developed in direct response to feedback from various job sectors, which have encountered difficulties in sourcing the required talent for job openings in Ontario. The main goal of the survey is to pinpoint areas where lower-skilled occupations are in demand across the province and to identify the challenges and opportunities in recruiting newcomers to meet those needs. The insights gathered from this survey will play a crucial role in shaping the OINP’s program and policy improvements.
All participants and their organizations will remain anonymous, and any identifying information will be kept confidential, unless you choose otherwise.
