Mike Crawley at CBC is reporting tonight that the provincial government is set to unveil its plan to remove capacity limits and exit the Roadmap to Reopen.
Since the government announced last Friday that only select businesses would be permitted to open at 100% capacity. TIAO and our partners have challenged government on the lack of clarity around this regulatory change, which treats some sectors differently than others. TIAO looks forward to reading the details of the plan ASAP, but reiterates our position that it is vital that we have parity on capacities for all businesses so that all can reap the rewards for Ontarians rolling up their sleeves to beat COVID-19.
